After Fox Corporation said it was breaking up with famous conservative host Tucker Carlson, the company’s stock dropped sharply.
After the news came out, shares fell by as much as 5.1%. Since then, they have made up some of that ground.
The business said that Carlson’s last show on the network aired on Friday night. Fox said, “Fox News Tonight will start airing live tonight at 8 PM/ET. Until a new host is named, the show will be led by different FOX News personalities who will take turns.”
Before the news, shares of Fox had gone up by 0.3% on Monday morning.
