During a press conference where members of Congress were addressing the issue of impeaching President Biden, Representative Scott Perry, a Republican from Pennsylvania, engaged in a tense exchange with Siobhan Kennedy, a correspondent from U.K. Channel 4 in Washington. Kennedy questioned Perry about the evidence justifying an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, suggesting that there might not be sufficient proof to warrant such an investigation.

Perry responded with a hint of sarcasm, saying, “Oh, I don’t know,” before going on to explain the evidence he believes supports the need for an impeachment inquiry. He emphasized that mainstream media often fails to adequately report on these allegations, leaving many Americans unaware of the potential corruption and wrongdoing surrounding the Biden family.

The congressman highlighted several key points as evidence, including the financial disparities within the Biden family, suggesting that it is implausible for them to afford the homes and properties they own based solely on their congressional or Senate salaries. He also pointed out financial transactions involving family members, implying that receiving millions of dollars from overseas interests, as alleged in the case of the Bidens, is not a standard practice for political figures and their families. Furthermore, Perry argued that the use of numerous shell companies by the Bidens raises suspicions of money laundering and influence-peddling. Lastly, he referred to Joe Biden’s admission of influencing the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating his son’s business dealings in Ukraine, suggesting potential wrongdoing.

Throughout his impassioned response, Perry contended that the evidence indicates a broad spectrum of misconduct, including corruption, money laundering, and influence-peddling. He expressed frustration with what he perceived as a lack of media coverage on these matters and urged for greater transparency and accountability.

The exchange underscored the ongoing debate surrounding allegations of impropriety involving the Biden family and their financial dealings, with Perry insisting on the importance of addressing these concerns through proper channels, including an impeachment inquiry.
