Hillary in Panic Mode; Sues to Stop Deposition Under Oath

Tom Fitton and Judicial Watch got a judgement from Judge Royce Lamberth ordering Hillary Clinton to give a sworn deposition n the subjects of Benghazi and her illicit email server. Hillary immediately went into panic mode and ordered her lawyer to sue and stop her from having to answer questions. Especially under oath. If she lies she could go to prison for perjury and if she tells the truth she will go to prison for far worse in my not so humble opinion.

The odds makers in Vegas have set the over/under at 100 for the number of times Hillary says I don’t recall. Unfortunately there is enough documentation in the media that it should jar her memory.     She will have to explain a lot when it comes to Benghazi. Like why did she pull the 18 man security force ight before the attack? And why did she refuse their cries for help.

    From The Gateway Pundit

In September Judge Royce Lamberth granted Judicial Watch SIGNIFICANT new discovery on the Hillary Clinton email and Benghazi scandals.

Judicial Watch in September released transcript from their hearing on August 22 where Judge Royce Lamberth granted new discovery and witnesses on Hillary Clinton’s email case.

Judge Lamberth, a Reagan appointee blasted State Department lawyers defending Hillary Clinton who were working to cover up her email scandal.

‘There is no FOIA exemption for political expedience, nor is there one for bureaucratic incompetence,’ Judge Lamberth said warning the government lawyers.

Judge Lamberth also lambasted the State Department lawyers when they tried to stop Judicial Watch from gathering more evidence in Hillary’s case.
