While Ivanka Trump played a significant part in her father’s government, she has stated that she would not return to work for a second Trump presidency.

Former First Daughter Ivanka Trump addressed her father’s detention on Friday.

Ivanka posted the note to social media, expressing her “pained” reaction to the news but gratitude for the outpouring of support she’d received.

She added, “Today, I hurt for both my father and my nation.

I appreciate the fact that people of different political persuasions are expressing concern and solidarity.

The former president will undoubtedly face charges in court on Tuesday, according to a law enforcement official quoted by Fox News. A Manhattan grand jury has indicted him.

Judge Juan Merchan will hear the case filed by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg regarding hush money payments Trump reportedly made to porn actress Stormy Daniels in 2016.

On Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. local time in New York City, Trump will go on trial before Judge Merchan.

There have been reports that Trump has made arrangements with the district attorney’s legal team to turn himself in without being handcuffed, and both Trump’s personal counsel Joe Tacopina and another insider have corroborated this. DA’s office agents will make the arrest.

After serving in the Trump administration for four years in the nation’s capital, Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner relocated to Miami.

She has no interest in supporting her father’s presidential campaign in 2024 or a potential second term.
