Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who is the head of the House Judiciary Committee, said this week on FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures” that nothing was off the table in terms of what Congress could do to keep an eye on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s decision to charge former President Donald Trump before a grand jury.
“When do you think you’ll be able to talk to Alvin Bragg?” The show’s host, Maria Bartiromo, asked. Will you send him a letter if he doesn’t show up to speak in front of the Judiciary Committee?
“Everything is on the table,” as Maria put it, and Jordan agreed. We’ll talk about this with the other chairman and look at the comments. Just now, his answer note came. As of right now, we’re looking into it. But we think this is perhaps the most important point. We think it’s a lot bigger. We are all involved in this. I don’t think it’s an accident that the IRS went to Matt Taibbi’s house while he was speaking before Congress the same week that a left-wing district attorney backed by George Soros is going after the former president of the United States.
“I mean, that’s the scary part,” he said next. The alien did get paid, though. Don’t forget this. They paid a spy in another country to make up a fake report with dirt on Trump’s campaign for president. The FTC has been sending emails to Twitter to find out what talks it has had with the media. The IRS then comes to Matt Taibbi’s door while he’s talking. And now, a former president is being used as evidence against the man who is currently leading in all polls. We are all part of this. This is about going after anyone who doesn’t agree with what the left and the elite want to do. And that’s what makes me feel the most uneasy.
