Judge Puts Social Media Restrictions On Donald Trump

On Monday, the judge overseeing the Stormy Daniels hush-money lawsuit granted an order barring the former president from making any further public remarks on the matter.

Judge Juan Merchan has ruled that Trump must have his legal staff present when reviewing the materials.

Because of concerns that Trump would “inappropriately” disclose case facts to the media, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office filed for the injunction.

At a Monday symposium in New York City devoted to the bill, one of the speakers called the danger “substantial.”

They were turned down by Trump’s team.

In fact, the last time a former president of the United States was arrested and charged with a felony was only a month ago.

Before the 2016 election, Trump was hit with 34 claims connected to the Daniels hush money scandal.

    He insisted he was blameless.

He and his former attorney Michael Cohen entered into a “retainer agreement” the same year. This proves that he behaved badly. According to the prosecution, Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 to quiet her about her affair with Trump in 2006. Cohen allegedly has no plans to return Daniels for the money.

Trump has often denied that they ever had sexual relations.

Judge Merchan and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg aren’t the only ones who have lost out.

Assistant District Attorney Catherine McCaw submitted these claims on behalf of the state in an effort to have a restraining order issued.

McCaw recently wrote, “Donald J. Trump has a long and maybe unique history of attacking witnesses, investigators, prosecutors, trial jurors, grand jurors, and others involved in legal proceedings against him.” Putting them and their loved ones at danger.

He said that the district attorney’s office wouldn’t reveal who would be in charge of the prosecution until trial time. The court has decided that Merchan and the other convicted offenders should be put to death.

Trump’s attorney responded to a question about the potential uses of the DA’s help by saying it “must only be used to prepare a defense in this case.”

No one, and I quote, “shall not copy, distribute, or tell any third party about the Covered Materials in any way or by any means.” More individuals being exposed to something might increase its potential beneficial effects.
