On Monday, in response to news that Anheuser-Busch had employed a transgender lady to serve as a spokeswoman for Bud Light, Kid Rock shot several cases of the beer as target practice.
The artist then turned to the camera after smashing dozens of beer bottles with heavy weaponry and said, “F— Bud Light and f— Anheuser-Busch!”
Transgender campaigner Dylan Mulvaney received a case of Bud Light featuring her likeness over the weekend, prompting Rock to make his startling remark. The biological guy has been throwing a celebration dubbed “365 Days of Girlhood” to commemorate the first year of her life as a woman.
According to Fox News Digital, to celebrate Mulvaney’s first year as a woman, Anheuser-Busch “sent packs of Bud Light with the influencer’s face on it.” Mulvaney referred to the bottles as her “most prized possession” in an Instagram picture with the hashtag “#budlightpartner.”
Many people are upset by Mulvaney’s appointment as a Bud Light associate because she is a transgender woman who has undergone cosmetic surgery to make her visage appear more feminine.
Rock is one such person; he shared an online film in which he shoots and kills several bears.
Outside, Rock said into the camera, “Grandpa’s feeling a little horny today.” He was sporting a white “MAGA” hat. Allow me to say this in as few words as possible, please.
Cut to Rock, who is standing about 15 yards away and aiming his pistol at a table piled high with empty Bud Light cans.
The guitarist opened fire with a rapid barrage of bullets, exploding the beer cans and showering the room in froth and sparks. By the time he ceased firing, the table was littered with shattered Budweiser and blue cans.
While the camera panned back to him, Rock flipped off Bud Light and Anheuser-Busch with his middle finger. May today be wonderful for you! A final image of his empty beer cans appeared at the conclusion of the film.
Rock’s film was seen by over 8 million individuals in less than 12 hours.
Anheuser-Busch decided to employ Mulvaney as a Bud Light associate after he received some negative publicity. Anheuser-Busch told Fox News, “As one of many ways to connect authentically with audiences across different demographics and passion points, Anheuser-Busch works with hundreds of influencers across our brands.”
It continued, “We also make unique cans for brand champions like Dylan Mulvaney and their fans from time to time.” This special can was presented as a token of appreciation for an outstanding achievement and is not available commercially.
