Chilling new aerial images appear to expose the rooftop location from which the assassin fired the shot that killed Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. The rooftop—believed to be the Losee Center—overlooks the white canopy tent where Kirk addressed a crowd of ~3,000 people.
Evidence flags mark several shallow indentations in the gravel, possibly left by a prone shooter’s hands or body. From this vantage point, the shooter would’ve had a nearly unobstructed view of Kirk’s position.
Authorities confirm the fatal shot came from roughly 200 yards away using a bolt-action rifle. Investigators collected physical trace evidence including a palm print, forearm mark, and a footwear impression from the rooftop.
The FBI has released images of a person of interest—described as a lanky, college-aged male wearing dark clothing and patriotic imagery—and is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest. The manhunt is ongoing.
