Kim Foxx, Controversial Prosecutor, Won’t Seek Reelection

After getting bad reviews for how she handled the case of shamed actor Jussie Smollett, Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx said she won’t run again in 2024.

It was said that Foxx caused a scene at Chicago’s City Club on Tuesday.

In the winter of 2024, she will officially stop being governor.

Breitbart News says that Jamie Foxx’s rapid rise to fame may be linked to how quickly he responded to the Jussie Smollett case.

Smollett says that in January, he was attacked by two men who called him racist and gay slurs as they did so.

Once Smollett joined the cast of “Empire” on Fox, the show’s numbers went through the roof.

Foxx’s legal team has said that none of Smollett’s claims are true. During the investigation, Foxx and a few of her helpers were caught with their hands on evidence.

Smollett was charged with disorderly behavior after a special prosecutor looked over the police report. This is not true, says the well-known actress.

A Chicago jury agreed with five out of the six charges against the former star. Making up a hate crime against LGBT people was one of these crimes.

One of the charges against him was dropped.

Breitbart News got a wrong quote from the Chicago Tribune and said that Foxx “dropped 25,000 felony cases,” including murder.

The Chicago Sun-Times was quoted by Breitbart News as saying, “In 2020, billionaire left-wing activist George Soros gave $2 million to a PAC that supported Kim Foxx.”
