The Democrats are attempting to install an anti-immigration Republican lawmaker as Speaker of the House.
Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Ca), a pro-immigration Democrat from near Silicon Valley, remarked, “I would consider the appropriate Republican, someone I could trust.” Khanna carried on:
Two people, Brian Fitzpatrick and Mike Gallagher gave floor speeches in which they made convincing arguments. A. David Joyce. However, two prerequisites are required. The first is that the debt ceiling issue or shutdown cannot be allowed to hold the country hostage, and the second is that there must be an agreement on using subpoenas. However, I would consider voting for a Republican if I thought they would prioritize the needs of the American people.
Despite widespread disapproval of labor migration among GOP voters, representatives Joyce (R-OH) and Fitzpatrick (R-PA) are part of the party’s business-backed, pro-amnesty wing.
Fitzpatrick and Joyce supported an amnesty deal for farm laborers in March 2021, which would have allowed agricultural businesses to bring in an unlimited supply of cheap labor rather than investing in productivity-enhancing technology. Companies that bring in workers from other countries would give them citizenship rather than the competitive pay that helps rural areas thrive.
Khana has a solid desire to expand significantly lawful immigration. In March of 2022, Khanna told the New York Times that his country was striving to be the world’s first multiracial and multiethnic powerhouse. In the end, he said, “we shall prevail,” so it won’t be some ordinary feat.
Other Democrats have signaled that they may endorse now-retired Michigan Representative Fred Upton, who voted for the agricultural amnesty and has advocated for a business-backed pardon in 2021.
McCarthy stated in October, “You can’t tie the two [amnesty and border security] — you’ve got just to go fix the border to start with before you can deal with immigration.”
McCarthy supported a broad coalition of reform organizations’ immigration plans in May 2022. On Thursday’s episode of Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Daily, former ICE director Tom Homan told Alex Marlow, “I saw more support for taking particular steps than I’ve ever seen.”
McCarthy has made compromises to Republican immigration reformers in recent weeks.
The fate of pro-American measures hinges on who is elected Speaker. The Speaker has the last say on which bills are put to vote. This means that the Democrats, with the help of confident Republican lawmakers, could get a wealth-redistribution amnesty through the House and on to the Senate if they had an amnesty-supporting Speaker.
Any amnesty would cause a more significant transfer of wealth from middle-income to high-income states and from young to old workers and savers.
The federal government has long practiced an economic program called “Extraction Migration,” which involves recruiting individuals from developing nations to boost the economy and expand Wall Street. The colonial-style approach has resulted in the deaths of thousands of undocumented migrants and the theft of large quantities of human resources from developing nations.
Rising rents and home prices have been attributed to the influx of new employees, tenants, and customers. The influx of people has also diminished the voting power of native-born Americans and forced many of them out of their jobs in several industries.
Those in charge of the media in the United States have kept this devastation a secret from the public for years.
