Former Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) told CNN’s “State of the Union” anchor Jake Tapper she may run for president.
“We’ll see,” Cheney responded when Tapper asked whether she would vote for Joe Biden against former President Donald Trump. The result will be known. Cheney termed Trump “threat.”
She attacked Biden’s international performance and termed his Afghanistan withdrawal “probably the biggest mistake that we made post-9/11.”
In 2022, UVA professor Cheney lost her primary. She stated her book would be a “cautionary tale” regarding Republicans’ Trump support.
