Maxwell’s Testimony May Leave Andrew Under the Microscope

Former Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell is caught in the spotlight again as newly released documents suggest her testimony could intensify scrutiny of Prince Andrew. According to deposition transcripts, she appeared to confirm Andrew requested information related to accusations by Virginia Giuffre—who claims Maxwell and Epstein trafficked her to the royal when she was underage.

While Maxwell insists memories are hazy and denies active involvement in the allegations, her remarks in the 2016 deposition acknowledge they discussed Giuffre—and that Maxwell described her as dishonest. Though no definitive admission—such as introducing him to Giuffre—is documented, the exchange raises fresh questions about how deeply Andrew was engaged with Epstein’s inner circle.

Despite heightened legal attention and public interest, UK authorities have not opened a new investigation. Maxwell’s testimony and related unsealed documents add new layers to an already complex case, hinting that unresolved issues may soon resurface.
