McCabe Is THIS Close To Collecting His Pension Then Along Comes Sessions

Andrew Mccabe is very close to achieving a nearly $2 million dollar pension from the FBI. But it isn’t a sure thing. If AG Jeff Sessions were to fire him before Sunday, McCabe will lose his pension.

The FBI investigated McCabe and they have recommended his firing for his many corrupt acts as the Deputy Director of the FBI. But, it’s no cinch that Sessions will fire McCabe as he has shown an unwillingness to make Democrats pay a price for the wholesale breaking of the law.

If he doesn’t fire McCabe, President Trump needs to pull the trigger and fire Sessions and install someone willing to do their job.

    From Fox News

A source told Fox News that McCabe’s pension is in “jeopardy.”

“The Department follows a prescribed process by which an employee may be terminated,” DOJ spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores said in a statement. “That process includes recommendations from career employees and no termination decision is final until the conclusion of that process.  We have no personnel announcements at this time.”

According to the New York Times, which first reported the story, the Justice Department’s inspector general concluded in an upcoming report that McCabe has not been forthcoming with its investigation to how the FBI handled its probe into Hillary Clinton’s email server.

The inspector general’s finding sparked an FBI disciplinary process that recommended his firing, something Sessions can accept or reverse, the paper said.

The FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility has made the recommendation to fire McCabe and it’s up to Sessions to say yes or no. McCabe is rumored to have had some of his agents revise their reports in order to make it possible to exonerate Hillary, despite overwhelming evidence that she was guilty. If that is true, Hillary could still face charges for her crimes. She never was charged so double jeopardy doesn’t apply.

For the past year, DOJ IG Michael Horowitz has been investigating McCabe and it is said that there is a lot McCabe is going to have to answer for when the full report comes out.

Surely McCabe has earned himself a firing, now let’s see if it happens. Once McCabe gets his pension he cannot have it taken away.
