In Saginaw, Michigan, authorities have issued a warrant for 48-year-old Casharra Brown following a viral video that shows her hurling a cup of piping hot coffee at a McDonald’s manager during a dispute over a delayed refund.

The incident took place on Nov. 4 at a McDonald’s where Brown had placed a mobile-order and became upset after being informed the refund would take up to 48 hours. Surveillance footage captures Brown removing the lid of a large coffee cup and flinging the breakfast drink at the staffer, who screamed and suffered minor burns before the suspect fled on foot.

Police released the video to the public and received more than 100 tips identifying Brown, who lives near the fast-food outlet. Felony assault charges are being recommended by prosecutors—pending her arrest—given the severity of the act.
