Missouri Governor Says He’ll Likely Pardon Armed St. Louis Couple if They are Charged

There is some good news for the good guy McCloskeys. Missouri Governor Mike Parson said that if Soros backed prosecutor Kim Gardner filed charges against the couple for defending their home against BLM, he would probably pardon them.He says he does not believe that they will ever spend a day in jail. The McCloskeys live in a private community which BLM broke into, threatened residents and painted graffiti throughout the complex.

For that crooked DA Gardner sent the police to search their home and confiscate their legal firearm, leaving them unprotected from the mob Gardner has aligned herself with.

    Gardner said:

“We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated.”

Peaceful? They peacefully tore down the iron gate leading into the complex. They peacefully painted graffiti? They peacefully threatened residents? Working for George Soros means never having to say you are sorry….you are a crook.

Gardner has been taking a beating over her dishonest and quite possibly illegal harassment of the couple. Missouri has a law that guarantees the people the right to defend themselves, their homes and their property. That is precisely what the McCloskeys did.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said :

“Under Missouri law, under the Castle Doctrine, an individual has really expansive authority to protect their own lives, their home, and their property. I think the story here to watch here is the local prosecutor, Kim Gardner.”

“Kim Gardner has an abysmal record in prosecuting violent crime, has recently released and been complicit in the release of dozens and dozens of inmates who have been charged with violent crimes, and has a record of making politically motivated decisions not based on the law. So, this is certainly something to watch.”
