I believe that Robert Mueller is a dirty cop and that his ploy of stating that Donald Trump is not a target is a trick.
This is a plan that cops pull on a regular basis. They tell the suspect that they are not a target and they can ask them anything they want and that person must answer the question. If they bring him in as a suspect they have to stop questioning them if the suspect asks for a lawyer.
Mueller is unable to find any crimes committed by the president, so he sets up and interview and then try to catch him saying something that may not be 100% true and then they can charge him with lying. If they try to question him, he should do a Nancy Reagan and “Just say no.” He would be asked questions totally separated from the Russian collusion probe.
It would be fishing night at the old special counsel’s office.
The Washington Post reported Tuesday, “Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III informed President Trump’s attorneys last month that he is continuing to investigate the president but does not consider him a criminal target at this point, according to three people familiar with the discussions.”
The Post’s report also states that Mueller informed Trump’s lawyers that he’s working on a report about Trump’s conduct since becoming president.
Mueller’s investigation, which has been going on for almost a year, has not resulted in any findings that indicate collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Robert Mueller has been a dirty cop for a very long time and even sent four men to prison for a crime one of his informants committed leaving the taxpayers to spend over $100 million in compensation among his long list of abuses.
Just say no.
