During the recent Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington, D.C., Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), made a notable appearance. On stage, he wielded a “chainsaw for bureaucracy,” a gift from Argentinian President Javier Milei, symbolizing his commitment to reducing governmental red tape. Clad in a T-shirt reading, “I’m not procrastinating, I’m doing side quests,” Musk humorously declared, “I am become meme,” highlighting his embrace of internet culture.
Concurrently, Claire Boucher, known professionally as Grimes and Musk’s former partner, took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) with urgent messages. In since-deleted posts, she implored Musk to address a medical crisis involving one of their three children, expressing frustration over his lack of response to private communications. Despite her public appeals, Musk remained engaged in his CPAC activities and online interactions unrelated to the family matter.
This juxtaposition of Musk’s public persona and private responsibilities has sparked discussions about his priorities, especially in light of recent claims by author Ashley St. Clair, who alleges that Musk fathered her five-month-old child, potentially bringing his total number of children to 13.
