A New Jersey man wanted to build a bomb out of a pressure cooker to blow up enemies of ISIS while becoming a martyr for the ISIS cause.
His name… Gregory Lepsky, 20, of Point Pleasant, N.J. Home of Snookie and the founding spot of Jersey Mike’s Subs. Don’t judge the original by the franchises. People would stand in line for an hour or more to get a genuine Jersey Mike’s sub. I’ve done it myself. So much for the travelogue portion of this story.
Lepsky will be arraigned today. He’s being charged, so far, with one count of providing material support to terrorists.
The Point Pleasant Police Department originally arrested Lepsky in February for an unrelated incident in his family’s home, according to the federal criminal complaint. Police officers subsequently discovered a brand new pressure cooker stored in Lepsky’s closet, along with step-by-step instructions on how to build a pressure cooker bomb that another terrorist group had published online.
Investigators also uncovered several of Lepsky’s social media communications, which described how he intended to fight on behalf of ISIS and, if necessary, drive a “bunch of explosives” to kill the group’s “enemies” in a suicide attack.
He is scheduled to make his initial appearance Thursday afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Leda Dunn Wettre in Newark, N.J., federal court.
The material support charge carries a maximum penalty of up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

It amazes me how many people are willing to blow themselves up as martyrs.
I got news for them. God will not give them 72 virgins and admission into Heaven as a non-starter. All you will do is make your name known for a couple of days and then you will be forgotten about quickly.
