North Carolina Voters Approve Voter ID Measure

North Carolina will join Virginia and 17 other states that require voters to show a photo ID to vote. A sign notifies voters that a photo ID is required at the Clarke County Schools office polling location in Berryville, Va., on Nov. 6, 2018.

The voters in North Carolina approved a measure requiring the presentation of a photo ID in order to vote. At the present time, 56% of the voters approved the measure. Liberals believe that voter ID is bigoted because it’s prejudiced against Democratic cheaters. They believe honest elections are unconstitutional.

It gives conservatives an unfair advantage. The North Carolina law is different from the initiatives in other states. Other states allow for people who object to having their pictures taken on religious grounds. The North Carolina law makes no such allowance. While they were at it, they should have added an amendment, disallowing the dead to vote, which they have done many times over the last dozen years.

    From The Daily Caller

The amendment was one of six on the North Carolina ballot this election cycle. As reported by the Asheville Citizen-Times, voters also passed amendments “to protect the right to hunt and fish,” “to strengthen the rights of crime victims” and “to lower the maximum income tax rate from 10 percent to 7 percent.”

Voters rejected amendments “to move some power to fill judicial vacancies from the governor to the legislature” and “to move some power to choose officials in charge of elections from the governor to the legislature.”

So, now it looks like George Soros has another voter ID law to challenge next election. He has funded lawsuits all over the country in order to facilitate the Democrats.

    From the Asheville Citizen-Times:

With 93 percent of precincts counted, here’s how the amendments were faring:

To protect the right to hunt and fish – 57% For – To strengthen the rights of crime victims – 62% For – To lower the maximum income tax rate from 10 percent to 7 percent – 57% For – To require a photo ID to vote – 56% For – To move some power to fill judicial vacancies from the governor to the legislature – 67% Against – To move some power to choose officials in charge of elections from the governor to the legislature – 62% Against
