Nunes, Gowdy and Goodlatte Devise a Plan To Release Dynamite FISA Memo

While Democrats have put up a ferocious fight to prevent the American public from seeing the full extent of corruption under Obama, Lynch and Comey, three Republican leaders have devised a never used before maneuver to release the FISA memo being described as the smoking gun for the Obama administration, DOJ and FBI corruption in spying on Donald Trump and members of his campaign. The plan was concocted by Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) and Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA).

    Washington Examiner reports:

There’s no doubt Republicans want the public to see the classified memo. To get it out, they are studying a never-before-used procedure whereby House Intelligence Committee members would vote to make the memo public, after which the president would have five days to object.

If the president had no objection, the memo would become public after those five days. If the president did object, the matter would go to the full House, which could vote to overrule the president’s objections and release the memo anyway.

What are the odds that President Trump will object? The Detroit Lions have a better chance of winning the NBA championship than Trump objecting. (Yes, I know the Lions are a football team) If they put their plan into effect today, we will all see the memo by the weekend, but could take as long as 19 days. From all accounts the memo is explosive and there are hints the FBI used fraud to obtain the FISA spying warrants.

Not only could it end the phony Mueller investigation but it could wipe out all charges and convictions of those who were victims of that fraud since any evidence would not be admissible in court. Not to mention possible criminal charges against Obama officials who unmasked members of the Trump team.

“Great news! Our efforts to #ReleaseTheMemo have been effective and the HPSIC plans to begin the process to release the FBI/FISA/Russia memo. This may take up to 19+ Congressional work days but Americans deserve to know the truth.”

“Earlier this morning, I examined the classified, four-page memo from @HouseIntelComm regarding the FBI, DOJ, and the so-called #RussianCollusion. To put it simply, “WOW.” I joined the call to #ReleaseTheMemo. Americans deserve truth and transparency. pic.twitter.com/r2RJnLNaUL”
