In a deeply troubling case unfolding in Oklahoma, 2-year-old London Kerr—now nearly five—has been missing since 2022, and recent revelations have rocked the community. Court documents and police investigations allege that her mother, Ashley Rowland, 39, exchanged the toddler to a methamphetamine dealer in return for drugs. The man, known only as “Carlos,” reportedly intended to take London to Mexico.
Authorities have since arrested both Rowland and her partner, Joshua Denton, 40, on severe abuse charges. Denton is accused of repeatedly and violently mistreating London: shooting her with a BB gun, striking her with a wooden paddle marked “The Last Resort,” locking her in a closet, force-feeding hot peppers, and even pouring hot sauce into her eyes. Multiple children in the household have come forward, recounting harrowing scenes of physical and sexual abuse. In light of these allegations, the Oklahoma City Police Department has taken charge of the investigation, urging anyone with information to come forward.
