President Trump hit the Democrats hard with an October surprise. He announced at the massive Ted Cruz rally that his administration would be pushing for a 10% tax cut for middle-class Americans, on top of the tax cuts they have already received.
This is huge because Democrats spent the summer, telling voters that they planned to roll back the previous tax cuts, which means the new tax cut doesn’t stand a chance with a Democratic House. The Democrats have no defense against such a plan since their platform includes Medicare for all that would cost the equivalent of 92% of the federal budget, necessitating new and higher taxes on everyone. Promises made, promises kept.
President Trump announced a 10% tax cut for the middle-class Monday evening from the massive rally in Houston, Texas.
“We’re gonna be putting in a 10% tax cut for middle-income families,” Trump said as the crowd cheered.
“That is in addition to the big tax cuts that you’ve already gotten,” Trump added.
The President teased on Saturday that he would be revealing new tax cuts for the middle class before November.
President Trump promised to cut taxes for people and businesses during his 2016 presidential campaign and he is delivering; this would be Trump’s second tax cut.
Trump has also rolled back many Obama-era regulations that were stifling innovation and preventing small businesses from flourishing.
Meanwhile, the economy is bursting with life. It was really an easy job though. Trump just had to reverse every Barack Obama policy.
