President Trump’s Approval Rating Jumps to 53% With A Series of WINNING Moves

The most recent Rasmussen tracking poll has found that President Trump’s approval rating has shot up to 53%. Only 45% disapprove. That puts Trump’s approval rating at 7 points higher than Obama at the same point of their presidency.

But, that’s understandable because Trump’s policies are lifting the country up while Obama’s policies was tearing it down. This will scare the hell out of Democrats. It is difficult to beat a sitting president under any circumstances, but nearly impossible when their approval rating is above 50%.

And when you consider the press coverage of Obama was 93% favorable and 92% unfavorable for Trump, 53% is nothing short of amazing. ]

Now that Gallup has quit the field, Rasmussen Reports is the only nationally recognized public opinion firm that still tracks President Trump’s job approval ratings on a daily basis. If your organization is interested in a weekly or longer sponsorship of Rasmussen Reports’ Daily Presidential Tracking Poll, please send e-mail to [email protected] .

To get a sense of longer-term job approval trends for the president, Rasmussen Reports compiles our tracking data on a full month-by-month basis.

Rasmussen Reports has been a pioneer in the use of automated telephone polling techniques, but many other firms still utilize their own operator-assisted technology (see methodology).
