Federal and state authorities investigating the assassination of Charlie Kirk are now looking into whether online pro-trans or left-leaning groups, including a Utah-based organization called Armed Queers SLC, had any advance knowledge of or influence on the shooter.

    Key developments in the investigation:

    • The suspect, Tyler Robinson (22), was arrested following a 33-hour manhunt. Investigators are analyzing his online activity.
    • Authorities are examining social media posts — some since deleted or made private — that allegedly hinted at an attack ahead of the shooting.
    • A pro-trans group in Salt Lake City removed its social media presence after the killing.
    • Robinson is understood to have a live-in partner who is transgender; that partner is cooperating with law enforcement and is not accused of prior knowledge of the plot.
    • Utah’s governor stated that Robinson was deeply influenced by left-wing ideological content online.

The investigation continues to sift through digital evidence to clarify whether Robinson acted alone or was guided or assisted by external groups.
