Republican Indiana Representative Jim Banks boldly proclaimed, “It’s time to impeach” President Biden and “it’s time to expunge” the impeachments of former President Donald Trump. Banks recently spoke with Breitbart News on a Saturday and emphasized the corruption within the Biden family that had been uncovered by whistleblowers and supported by fresh documents.
Banks cited an FBI document that said Ukrainian authorities alleged they bribed the Bidens to do something. He went so far as to compare the Bidens to the Clintons as examples of corrupt families that have occupied the White House. He argued that the information revealed amounted to high crimes and misdemeanors that warranted Joe Biden’s removal from office, and he pushed Republicans to do so.
The congressman insisted that the “fake impeachment” against Donald Trump must be erased because it was motivated solely by politics. Financial institutions backed the legislation proposed by Representatives Elise Stefanik and Marjorie Taylor Greene to accomplish this goal, seeing it as necessary and a chance to see how lawmakers truly feel about the issue.
Banks claims that the Republicans are under increasing pressure to act against Biden’s misconduct and that the proof is overwhelming. Urging House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan to begin impeachment proceedings, he lamented the country’s predicament under the Biden administration. Banks was adamant that impeaching Biden in the House would compel impeachment hearings in the Senate, so exposing the hypocrisy of Democrats and possibly some Republicans who might vote against impeachment.
At the end of his speech, Banks dared legislators to vote against impeachment to demonstrate to the American people where they stand on corruption and abuse of power. He voiced his desire for swift action, saying that the American people deserve to have these issues resolved quickly.
