Another RINO has announced that he will not be running for re-election once his term is out but not to worry, he votes with the Democrats most of the time. This has been a good year for conservatives in relation to how many RINOs are resigning from the Senate. I consider these seats as a pick up for conservatives. John McCain says he won’t run for reelection.
The Democrats are probably in mourning. They’ve already lost Jeff Flake, Bob Corker, and Orin Hatch. John McCain has brain cancer and it’s not a sure thing that he will even make it through his final term. he has been staying home for the last couple of months recovering from the cancer treatment.
McCain said: “I’m freer than colleagues who will face the voters again. I can speak my mind without fearing the consequences much. And I can vote my conscience without worry.”
Think about what he just said. He is saying that he is free to vote against the wishes of his constituents now because he will never have to face them again. My question is “Isn’t that what he’s always done?” I mean nothing really has changed except that now he is a hate-filled NeverTrumper and not merely a traitor to conservatives.

McCain, who has often been critical of President Donald Trump, made no exception in the book. “He has declined to distinguish the actions of our government from the crimes of despotic ones. The appearance of toughness, or a reality show facsimile of toughness, seems to matter more than any of our values.”
A number of questions have been raised in recent weeks as to whether McCain, who has been at home in Arizona for several months recovering from the side effects of his cancer treatments, would even finish out the current term — but so far he has given no indication that he plans to resign.
