Roger Stone’s attorney, Sidney Powell has filed an appeal with the Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, after he was railroaded by crooked judge Amy Berman Jackson. During the trial Powell tried to force the FBI to supply evidence that Russia hacked the DNC computer. The crooked judge refused and now we learn that there is exactly zero proof that Russia hacked the DNC. The president of CrowdStrike testified before congress and according to him, they were unable to find that anyone hacked the DNC let alone the Russians.
The basis of the charges against Roger Stone were all based on Russia doing the hacking. That means that Stone should never have been convicted had he been given his right to question the facts in the case. Add to that the fact that the jury foreman and one other juror were both Democratic activists and the railroad job was complete. Berman refused Stone a new trial because as we all know, a very biased jury is no impediment to justice. I’ll just remove my tongue from my cheeck now.
While there is great public support for a pardon or a commutation for Roger Stone there is no guarantee this will take place.
Roger Stone has not been promised or assured of a presidential pardon.
Stone has been open with the public hoping President Trump will issue him a pardon.
Also it is highly unlikely that corrupt deep state Judge Amy Berman Jackson will stay the execution of his sentence or allow him to stay at liberty on an appeal bond.
Therefore without a presidential pardon or commutation Roger Stone would likely be exposed to the COVID-19 virus while waiting in prison for an appeal to be heard.
