Footage from a gas station in Cedar City, Utah, captured Tyler Robinson—accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk—refueling his Dodge Challenger less than 24 hours after the shooting.
Robinson, 22, is accused of fatally shooting Kirk during a rally at Utah Valley University. In the video, he is seen arriving at a Maverik station, pumping gas, and departing without disposing of any items in nearby trash cans.
Authorities believe the stop was part of his escape route from Orem to St. George. The park police responded to a tip at the same location later in the morning, reportedly checking the station’s trash bins for evidence but finding none that had been discarded during Robinson’s brief visit.
Robinson faces charges including aggravated murder, obstruction, and witness tampering, with prosecutors indicating their intention to pursue the death penalty. He remains in custody pending his legal proceedings.
