An educator from Arkansas stands accused of engaging in the exchange of nude photographs with a fourteen-year-old pupil, providing him with explicit instructions to forward the explicit images to the student in order to “satisfy her sexual desires.”
The 30-year-old teacher at Booneville Junior High School at the time, Kaytlann Barnes, allegedly sent the boy several nude photographs and a video on Snapchat “intentionally exposing her sex organs,” according to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
“She instructed the student to return to her sexually explicit images,” according to the police.
Court documents acquired by KATV indicate that Barnes acquired the material in an effort to “arouse or satisfy her sexual desires.”
The Booneville Junior High School student purportedly obtained the images during the course of two separate evenings at their individual residences.
The suspected perv was apprehended on November 17 at her residence in Fort Smith subsequent to an investigation conducted by the sheriff’s office in collaboration with the Arkansas
Felons of sexual indecency with a child, producing, directing, or promoting a child’s sexual performance, use of a communication device, and computer child pornography were levied against her.
Barnes was released on bail of $25,000 from prison on Monday.
Barnes is no longer an employee of the Booneville School District, according to the sheriff’s office.
