Christian principles, Josh Alexander claims, are the source of his opposition to transgenderism.
The Canadian teen’s guardian filed a human rights complaint with the business. His client was kicked out of school, he says, because his views conflicted with the administration’s stance on transgender people.
James Kitchen, an attorney with Liberty Coalition Canada, fought to get 17-year-old Josh Alexander a hearing before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Alexander, a senior at St. Joseph’s High School in the adjacent town of Renfrew, Ontario, was arrested in the month of November. The intruder was given several books as a reward for their trouble.
It appears that Alexander organized a walkout to prevent “real men” from using the women’s restroom, and as a result, he is in trouble with the school administration. Some of his critics think he taught his kids that sex is irrelevant and that men and women are basically the same.
Alexander allegedly disrupted his math class by complaining aloud about the rules the school had instituted for using the restrooms. kids called Josh names like “misogynist,” “racist,” and “homophobic transphobe,” while their teacher “nodded and gestured at the students who were yelling at Josh, showing that he agreed with what they were saying.” The students took out their frustrations on Josh.
Alexander argues that school officials cautioned him that discrimination against LGBT pupils might have negative effects on their well-being. The Renfrew County Catholic District School Board “excluded” him from school when his contract ended in January. As a result of this, he missed the rest of the school year.
According to the filing, the school threatened to expel the student unless he severed ties with two transgender youth and stopped using the “dead name” of one of them. Another student’s “dead name” must be dropped immediately. He was arrested on February 6 for going to school in violation of a judge’s order. Because of this, he was put under arrest. Because of this, he ended up in prison.
The Board of Education notified Kitchen in a letter that they would not investigate Alexander’s request to reduce the period he was serving because his parents were still caring for him. They should take this precaution since they have never left Alexander alone before.
Kitchen has also asked for a rehearing of the case before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. This ensured that the issue would be given serious thought.
Josh was kicked out of school for publicly expressing his Christian convictions on sexuality and gender, according to an email supplied to Fox News Digital by the Liberty Coalition Canada. Josh was dismissed from school due to his outspoken views. You could write something along the lines of, “The application details the shockingly discriminatory behavior of teachers and students at St. Joseph’s, as well as Principal Lennox’s retaliatory decisions to suspend and exclude Josh for expressing his beliefs and organizing a student walk-out to protest St. Joseph’s policy of letting biological males enter and use the girls’ washrooms.” As another illustration, you might state something like, “The application details the shockingly discriminatory behavior of teachers and students at St. Joseph’s.”
The story goes that Josh felt the School Board was discriminating against him because of his religious convictions and filed a complaint with the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Office (HRTO). Fox News Digital reports that Josh is hoping the HRTO will sue the School Board on the grounds that they discriminated against him because of his Christian beliefs. Josh hopes that the HRTO will report that he was discriminated against by the School Board due to his religious views. When asked for comment, the institution did not immediately respond.
Christian Alexander is being probed for potential violations of transgender people’s civil rights due to remarks he reportedly made.
Josh claimed in court that it was inappropriate for boys to be allowed to use girls’ facilities. It seems as though God told him to do this. Josh was afraid that he would be disobeying God if he didn’t do what he was told.
Kitchen voiced his displeasure with the government’s crackdown on free speech and religious expression in Canada during a February interview with Fox News Digital. He claims that religious freedom in Canada has been deteriorating for “about 10 or 15 years” and is now “basically dead,” but that few Canadians are aware of how serious the situation truly is.
