During his departure from Helsinki, President Biden found himself in an unusual moment as he appeared to playfully nibble at the shoulder of a startled little girl. The incident occurred while the president was greeting embassy staff members and their families before boarding Air Force One at Helsinki-Vantaan International Airport. In a video capturing the encounter, Biden leaned in towards the young girl and gently placed his mouth on her shoulder in a playful manner.

The little girl, visibly taken aback, turned her head away when Biden attempted to give her a peck on the head, displaying a mixture of surprise and trepidation. The video quickly circulated on social media platforms, where users expressed their criticism of the president’s behavior.

Caleb Hull, a conservative operative, described the incident as one of Biden’s creepiest moments with a child, remarking that all the president needed to do was avoid such actions. Meanwhile, Greg Price, a Republican operative, humorously suggested that Biden seemed to be confusing babies with ice cream cones.

Donald Trump Jr., responding to the footage, expressed the belief that Biden should be in a nursing home rather than leading the free world. Political comedian Tim Young denounced the incident as disgusting pedo behavior, urging people to keep their children away from Biden. The incident left many social media users disturbed, highlighting the discomfort and concern surrounding the president’s actions.

The eyebrow-raising incident occurred at the end of President Biden’s five-day trip to Europe, which included his participation in a Lithuanian summit to support Ukraine and highlight Finland’s NATO membership. Throughout the trip, Biden made several speaking gaffes, including confusing Russia with Ukraine and mixing up their respective leaders.

During the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, Biden referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as “Vladmir,” seemingly mistaking him for Russian President Vladimir Putin. Despite realizing his error, Biden jokingly mentioned that he “shouldn’t be so familiar” and addressed Zelenskyy as “Mr. Zelenskyy.” The confusion likely stemmed from the similar names shared by Putin and Zelenskyy, with “Volodymyr” being the commonly used version in Ukraine.

At a subsequent speaking event, Biden once again stumbled in his words, this time referring to Ukraine as Russia. After correcting himself, he emphasized that Russia could end the ongoing conflict by withdrawing its forces from Ukraine, recognizing international borders, and ceasing its attacks. These gaffes add to a series of missteps by President Biden, including his previous statement to reporters that Putin was “clearly losing the war in Iraq.”

As the president’s verbal slips continue to draw attention, the incident with the little girl further fueled the ongoing discussions and criticisms surrounding Biden’s conduct and his ability to lead the nation effectively.
