The Plan To Charge Treason Against Top Tier FBI Officials Has New Ally

Rep Paul Gosar has said that he plans to seek charges of treason against four FBI officials for treason in trying to topple a legally elected president.

He claims that their actions were not only illegal but constituted an attempted coup of a sitting US president using false dossier information that they knew was really opposition research (lies) paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.

He is seeking charges against former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

    Gosar said:

“The FBI knowingly took false information from the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign and then used it to smear Donald Trump in order to hurt his campaign.”

“The full-throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein is not just criminal but constitutes treason.”

Rep Gosar said he would seek prosecution of these traitors for their attempted coup. Treason carries a penalty up to death in the United States.

    From The Washington Examiner

The House Intelligence Committee released the memo on Friday after voting to declassify it. President Trump approved the release, which he had the power to block.

The memo was compiled by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and other Republican lawmakers, and explains how FBI and DOJ officials depended on information from a dossier compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele to obtain and renew a warrant to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

Gosar said in a statement to the Washington Examiner that the former director and deputy FBI director, and two former deputy attorneys general “have made a mockery of the FBI.”

Rep Gosar has sent a letter to  AG Sessions demanding prosecution of former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Criminal charges against the four is a moral imperative. The reason the Deep State is so effective is that they never pay a price for their crimes. If that ends, most Deep State activity would too.

UPDATE! As reported by The Daily Caller:

New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker, a Democrat, claimed Wednesday that releasing the memo would be “treasonous” and could endanger “fellow Americans in the intelligence community.” Despite Booker’s warnings, the names in the memo are mostly limited to senior FBI officials such as James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Tates, Dana Boente, and Rod Rosenstein — not clandestine agents.

Earlier in the week, the Justice Department warned White House Chief of Staff John Kelly about the potential damage the memo could cause its agency. It is hard to believe that anything in the memo could harm future investigations, as much of it details how intel collected by former British spy Christopher Steele — who is not a government employee — influenced the FBI’s conduct.
