Tlaib: Democrats Looking Into How To Arrest Trump Officials, Where To Jail Them

Rashida will make a great one term member of the Hose of Representatives. Actually, that’s not true.

She will be a lousy one term member of the House of Representatives. Tlaib claims that Democrats are trying to figure out how to arrest members of Trump’s cabinet and where to hold them. She fails to realize that they have to commit a crime first. es Bill Barr as an example.

He was held in contempt of congress for refusing to turn over grand jury testimony just because it’s illegal to do so. That’s right. Democrats held him in contempt for obeying the law, a concept which is lost on most Democrats. Take Tlaib for an example. She embezzled $17,500 from her campaign money.

    From The Gateway Pundit

Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who has called President Trump a “motherf*cker,” said this week that Democrats are trying to figure out how to arrest Trump officials.

“This is the first time we’ve ever had a situation like this,” the Michigan Democrat said during a “Congress, Coffee, and Conversation” event with constituents. She said Democratic lawmakers are trying to figure out how to take Cabinet members into custody.

“So they’re trying to figure out, no joke, they’re trying to figure out, well, is it the D.C. police that goes and gets them? We don’t know. Where do we hold them?”

She said if Trump officials refuse to comply with subpoenas, they’ll be held in contempt of Congress.

“An America Rising PAC tracker caught Tlaib on video speculating what could happen to Trump administration officials held in contempt of Congress,” the Washington Free Beacon reported. “The congresswoman pointed to Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross and Attorney General William Barr, who were both held in criminal contempt of Congress for defying congressional subpoenas.”

That was the second time Cabinet members were held in contempt. The first was former attorney general Eric Holder, whom the Republican-controlled House held in contempt in 2012 for refusing to turn over documents involving the Operation Fast and Furious gunrunning scandal.

With a big smile, Tlaib said her Democrats are “trying to tread carefully” in this “uncharted territory.”

“I will tell them they can hold all those people right here in Detroit,” she said. “We’ll take care of them and make sure they show up to the committee hearings.”
