Trump Delivers New Message On Easter: ‘We Will Be Back!’

Melania Trump made her first public statement since her husband’s arrest and imprisonment on Sunday, just after her husband offered an impassioned response to his detractors.

Before tweeting “Happy Easter!” with a photo of a pink rose on Easter Sunday, the former first lady hadn’t posted anything online since her husband became caught up in the criminal turmoil in Manhattan.

Last week, after Donald Trump’s court appearance, the president delivered a speech at their Mar-a-Lago club in Florida, but Melania was nowhere to be there.

Trump’s first public remarks were delivered at Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday night. He had only been in office for a short time when he made history by becoming the first sitting president of the United States to be indicted for a felony.

My loved ones are wonderful, and they’ve always looked out for me and my siblings. In front of about 400 of his biggest supporters, he made this statement at his Palm Beach, Florida, home and club.

Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Ivanka Trump, three of his four grown children, are there.

The former president has high hopes for his adolescent son with his third wife, Melania, saying, “And Barron will be great one day.” He’s obviously a huge, brainy guy.

She was the first first woman to get any sort of special treatment.

On Truth Social, the ex-president posted a sarcastic Easter greeting.

    Actual Life
Her father was in full form at Mar-a-Lago, but Melania wasn’t there to hear her father’s impassioned address.

At the primetime address in Florida after Trump had flown back from New York City, Donald Trump Jr. and his fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle sat close to Viktor Knavs, the 45th president’s father-in-law.

While this was going on, the former president posted a sarcastic all-caps message on his Truth Social site wishing “Happy Easter to All,” which included “weak and pathetic RINOS” and “radical left Democrats, socialists, Marxists, and communists,” among others who oppose stricter border security and voting laws.

Even “those who can’t think of anything else to dream about but destroying our country,” Trump said, “have my best wishes for a joyful Easter.”

You weak and pathetic RINOs, radical left Democrats, socialists, marxists, and communists who are destroying our country: remember, we will be back.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has recently charged Trump with 34 felonies. Among the allegations are that Trump paid adult film star Stormy Daniels hush money and that the National Enquirer and another claimed Trump mistress, Karen McDougal, engaged in a “catch and kill” reporting operation.

Trump, at age 76 and facing serious criminal charges, is still hoping to be the Republican nominee for president in 2024.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has concluded its five-year investigation of Trump’s business activities, which Republicans have criticized as being motivated by political animus.

Attorneys Susan Necheles and Joseph Tacopina told The Post that their client “didn’t do anything wrong” and that they planned to “fight this political prosecution in court with all our might.”
