Former President Trump has called for Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s impeachment for “allowing” Democrats to approve their agenda items (R-KY).
Trump said on Real America News that McConnell must “have something” on the Democrats since he has been able to negotiate debt ceiling settlements with them in the past.

During the last days before the midterm elections, Trump has implied that McConnell is cooperating with Democrats or that the left is blackmailing the Republicans by threatening to impeach him if he betrays them.
Trump called McConnell “a nasty man who’s done a lousy job” and said that by voting to spend an additional $4 trillion, he was a puppet for President Joe Biden’s extreme agenda.
“I now believe that we have a lot better chance of winning the Senate, but we still need to find a more formidable replacement for Mitch McConnell. There’s obviously something wrong with him since he’s almost incompetent. “Former President Trump has made this claim.
The tension between Trump and McConnell is well-known.
Trump has called McConnell an “old crow” and presented bottles of Old Crow bourbon to his Republican colleagues as a gift.
McConnell violated the former president by doing nothing to block the second attempt to impeach Trump in the aftermath of the rallies on January 6.
