Since he has been president, Democrats and Hollywood have called for his assassination. Can you imagine if this were being done to any other president in history? Even Jimmy Carter? There is a huge disconnect between the Democrats and the lapdog media and regular American citizens. Hollywood can find a hundred tax loopholes to preserve their money but ordinary folks can’t.
Immigration, taxes and other factors like the price of gas or for heating and cooling your home are not a problem for an actor making $20 million a movie or an actress making $8 million a movie and the grunt who works hard to make just $50,000 a year. I realize that if they speak up about it, their careers could be finished but they need to have the decency to shut their pie holes in respect to the rest of us.
Saturday Night Live comedian John Mulaney joked that President Donald Trump should be assassinated. He compared Trump to Julius Caesar whom the Senators assassinated not because he was doing a bad job but because he was doing such a great job that they found themselves powerless against him. Come to think of it, this was a great comparison.
But, here’s where the Secret Service needs to start taking action and arrest a few of these bozos for inciting to riot or some such charge and lock them up even for a short while. If they would do that this nonsense would stop.
In a shocking moment on the sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live comedian John Mulaney joked that President Donald Trump should be assassinated.
What was even more shocking was the way that the audience laughed and cheered and the suggestion from the comedian.
“It is a Leap Year, as I said. Leap Year began in 45 B.C. under Julius Caesar. This is true,” the comedian said.
“He started the Leap Year in order to correct the calendar and we still do it to this day,” he said to setup his joke.
“Another thing that happened under Julius Caesar, he was such a powerful maniac that all the senators grabbed knives and they stabbed him to death.
“That would be an interesting thing if we brought that back now,” he said as the audience roared with applause and laughter.
I asked my lawyer if I could make that joke and he said, let me call another lawyer and that lawyer said yes,” he said.
This is absolutely disgusting and if it was said about any other president in the history of our nation it would have been the end of his career.
