Republicans in the House of Representatives are planning investigations into Hunter Biden, prompting Democrats to scramble for solutions to keep his secrets buried.
As reported by the Washington Post, President Joe Biden’s friends are torn between two approaches.
Kevin Morris, a famous Hollywood attorney, insists on taking a tough stance. The other option is for everyone to remain silent.
Democrats in the House would have more time to discredit GOP investigations as politically motivated in the second scenario.
In a chat from late September, Morris said that Democrats should first endorse Hunter Biden. Tony Bobulinski, a former business colleague, and John Paul Mac Isaac, a computer repairman who allegedly has Biden’s laptop, are two Republicans in the House who may testify against Biden, according to him.
The White House and many of Biden’s other allies have spoken out against this tactic, though. The Biden Administration reportedly prefers that Hunter Biden stays out of the limelight, fearing that his aggressive actions might backfire.
“No one feels this technique of bringing Hunter Biden up and center is reasonable,” a Democrat familiar with the situation told the WaPo. White House officials have publicly said that “no one” thinks this is a good idea.
The left is in a frenzy because they know the Biden family will be destroyed if the Republicans take the House.
As soon as the Republicans take over the House of Representatives in the coming year, they want to make Hunter Biden a focal point of media attention. This gathering revealed the huge counter-infrastructure that is being created fast, almost furiously.” That “this mishmash of activities is not completely coordinating and does not share a consistent approach,” the Washington Post noted, “is the risk for Hunter Biden and probably for President Biden as well.”
It has been reported, nevertheless, that the White House and the Democratic National Committee have “planned their methods for dealing with what might be a political maelstrom around the president’s son.”
Joe Biden has hired Bob Bauer, a former White House counsel under President Barack Obama, to represent him in such a lawsuit.
