Rep Darrell Issa is tired of the social media giants pissing on his leg and telling him, it’s raining. They come in and testify that they are not censoring conservatives and then they leave and censor more conservatives. Do they really think they are fooling anyone? Because they aren’t.

As far as regulating them through the FCC. (Federal Communications Commission, well, that’s an idea whose time came years ago. I have no intention of holding my breath until Congress acts on this.  He also shared a revelation with host Maria Bartiromo.

Issa says that that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Barack Obama were personally involved in the Spygate caper and they decided to use it to punish both Trump and his supporters. Issa said that they got a special counsel under false pretenses.

    From The Gateway Pundit

Rep. Darrell Issa: One of the challenges is these entities have special benefits, if you will, of being immune from, if you will the rest of the responsibility the rest of the media has. That can be taken away. In the case of Twitter and these others, to be honest, if they’re going to politic through algorithm they could well come under the Federal Election Commission. They could be considered to in fact be making an in-kind donation. They could have to register what those dollars are.

For right now what we want to do is we want to get them to admit the truth which is it doesen’t seem logical that when they come up with a new algorithm it only seems to affect Republican conservatives such as Jim Jordan and the like. It is the reason that both the Judiciary Committee and the Oversight Committee are trying to schedule on the first day back a hearing with Twitter to give them an opportunity to explain how this anomaly that only seems to affect conservatives.

This would be great news if we actually believed Republicans would follow through on it. Personally, I think there’s a better chance that I could sprout wings and fly.
