The recent issued, and highly explosive, testimony from former White House official Cassidy Hutchinson to the January 6 House select committee seems to be unable to hold water as more and more reports from U.S. Secret Service and many other individuals seem to pop up contradicting everything she states.

One former aid to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, Cassidy Hutchinson, issued the claim that on the day of the January 6th rally Trump attempted to force Secret Service agents to take him over the U.S. Capitol building and that he devolved into an irate fit when they informed him that they would not be able to because the area was not secure.

Hutchinson also made the claim that Trump then forcibly tried to grab the steering wheel of the armored presidential limousine and was stopped by Bobby Engel, who held the role of the lead of the security detail, was forced to tell him, “Sir, you need to take your hand off the steering wheel.”

Hutchinson also made the claim that she was given this information from none other than Anthony Ornato, one Secret Service senior official who was detailed to the White House and worked as the Deputy Chief of Operations.

Shimon Prokupecz with CNN stepped up to report that “a Secret Service official familiar with the matter told CNN that Tony Ornato denies telling Cassidy Hutchinson that the former president grabbed the steering wheel or an agent on his detail.”

The executive editorial producer for ABC News, John Santucci, went on to add that the Secret Service will most likely end up coming forth to deny these allegations put out by Hutchinson.

“Source close to the Secret Service tells @PierreTABC to expect the Secret Service to push back against any allegation of an assault against an agent or President Trump reaching for the steering wheel,” claimed Santucci.

“Tony Ornato is denying that he told Cassidy Hutchinson Trump grabbed the steering wheel in presidential vehicle on 1/6 or lunged at a fellow agent, a USSS official tells @joshscampbell,” stated a reporter for CNN, Gabby Orr, via social media. “CNN confirms that Ornato & Engel are prepared to testify that neither incident occurred.”

Peter Alexander, the Chief White House Correspondent with NBC News, claimed, “A source close to the Secret Service tells me both Bobby Engel, the lead agent, and the presidential limousine/SUV driver are prepared to testify under oath that neither man was assaulted and that Mr. Trump never lunged for the steering wheel.”
