One Republican attempting to run for a seat in the U.S. Senate representing Georgia, Herschel Walker, called out and trashed a recent report from the extremely left-wing Daily Beast that stated that Walker personally paid for an abortion for a woman well over a decade ago.

After choosing to remain entirely anonymous, the woman in question alleged that Walker got her pregnant while they were dating back in 2009 and that he pushed her to go and get an abortion. The woman stated that Walker paid her back $700 for the $575 procedure because she claimed to have estimated out another $125 in “travel and recovery costs.”

The woman also stated that she finally came forward due to Walker’s stance concerning abortion. The woman was able to show a purported copy of a check allegedly written by Walker to deal with the costs as well as a personal note.

“I just can’t with the hypocrisy anymore,” the anonymous woman allegedly exclaimed. “We all deserve better.”

One lawyer representing both the campaign and Walker in his personal capacity, Robert Ingram, explained ot the outlet that the story was entirely “false” and that all this outlet does is “run with stories to target Black conservatives.”

“This is a flat-out lie — and I deny this in the strongest possible terms,” Walkers stated in a release.”This is another repugnant hatchet job from a Democrat activist disguised as a reporter who has obsessively attacked my family and tried to tear me down since this race started. He’s harassed friends of mine, asking if I fathered their children. He’s called my children ‘secret’ because I didn’t want to use them as campaign props in a political campaign. Now, they’re using an anonymous source to further slander me. They will do anything to hold onto power. It’s disgusting, gutter politics. I’m not taking this anymore. I planning to sue the Daily Beast for this defamatory lie. It will be filed tomorrow morning.”

In an odd turn of events, Christian Walker, the man’s son, went after his father publicly via social media after previously having shown strong support for his Dad and the entire campaign online.

“Every family member of Herschel Walker asked him not to run for office, because we all knew (some of) his past,” explained the conservative-leaning social media influencer. “Every single one. He decided to give us the middle finger and air out all of his dirty laundry in public, while simultaneously lying about it.”

Herschel Walker issued a response to the comments from his son, stating: “I LOVE my son no matter what.”

It was an odd and fast turn for the younger Walker, who previously staunchly supported the Senate bid from his Dad.
