Adam Schiff is a serial liar and a leaker but after the Mueller report was released, he went into a massive conspiracy theory claiming that President Trump conspired with the Russians AFTER the Mueller report was released.
His legal reasoning on obstruction is just insane. First of all, there was no underlying crime, so exactly what did he obstruct. Secondly, if there was any case at all for obstruction, Mueller would have made the charge or at the very least, sent a criminal referral to the DOJ. He did neither.
Mueller knows what obstruction is and the fact he didn’t make the charge tells us everything we need to know.
Leaker and liar Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) continued to spread Trump-Russia conspiracy theories in a press conference Thursday afternoon following the release of Mueller’s 448-page report.
“There was an extensive campaign by the Russians to interfere in our elections in 2016” and those efforts “were designed to help one party, Donald Trump, but hurt another, Hillary Clinton” Schiff said, spreading more lies.
There is zero evidence that the internet memes were designed to help one party or another. Furthermore, a handful of Facebook posts and some Russian Twitter trolls do not have the power to influence or interfere in a US presidential election.
The notion that some Russian internet trolls could have tilted the election is patently absurd.
Hillary Clinton lost the election because she was a lousy choice for the Dems — a woman with a corrupt, criminal past with a sexual predator for a husband.
“Whether these acts are criminal or not, whether the obstruction of justice was criminal or not…they are unquestionably dishonest, unethical, immoral and unpatriotic and should be condemned by every American,” Schiff said.
