While Robert Mueller is investigating the Trump/Russia collusion hoax, Judicial Watch (JW) is occupying its time investigating the real Russian collusion scandal with Hillary Clinton.
Judicial Watch has just filed a federal suit against the government for the release of documents pertaining to the Uranium One scandal that has gone unanswered since last year. And if they win the Deep State will continue to stonewall and slow walk the documents until after the next election, so it won’t hurt Democratic chances. Hillary was paid $145 million from investors who owned Uranium One. She received the money prior to the State Department okayed the sale.
Robert Mueller said that Russia getting 20% of our uranium was not a national security concern.
Then, when Mueller found out about the bribery between Russians and Democrats, he hushed it up and now he has the audacity to tell us that Russia is dangerous? This despite the fact that it was and is common knowledge that one of Russia’s biggest customer for uranium is Iran. Did he get a share of the take or did he do it just to keep Hillary as a viable candidate?
Either way, it was against America’s best interest.

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of State for all records of communications relating to Uranium One (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00722)). The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on March 29.
Judicial Watch sued the agencies after they failed to respond to two December 22, 2017, FOIA requests. Judicial Watch asked the Justice Department for:
- All records regarding, the company Uranium One (otherwise known as Uranium One, Inc. or SXR Uranium One, Inc.), including records of communication sent to and from officials in the offices of the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, Office of Legal Counsel, and the National Security Division from January 20, 2009 through December 31, 2013.
The State Department was asked to produce:
- Any records relating to the company Uranium One (otherwise known as Uranium One, Inc. or SXR Uranium One, Inc.), including records of communication sent to and from officials in the Office of the Secretary of State, Office of the Legal Advisor, Office of the Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security Affairs, Office of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance, Office of International Security and Nonproliferation, and the Office of Political-Military Affairs from January 20, 2009 through December 31, 2013.
“Seems @JudicialWatch has done more to investigate the Clinton-Russia connections than DOJ, even as DOJ resources are spent on supporting Mueller’s massive investigation into the fanciful Clinton Dossier-inspired @RealDonaldTrump-Russia conspiracy theory. ”

“It is simply remarkable that @JudicialWatch had to sue the State and Justice Departments in federal court for basic information about the shady Uranium One deal. We hope the Uranium One cover-up ends thanks to these lawsuits.”

All roads to Russian / American collusion leads to Hillary’s doorstep, yet no one is willing to go there including AG Sessions. They must have something on him for him to stand by and watch Mueller’s tactics at work.
The guilty go free even as they try to bring down the innocent.
