More Walls Come Crashing Down On Hillary As Lawyer Files Suit Against Entire Clinton Campaign

Dan Backer, an attorney based in Virginia, has sued over the plan to money launder contributions to Hillary for as much as $300,000 in order to circumvent federal laws on contributions.

Donors would give money to the state parties who would then send the money to the DNC, who would then send the money on to Hillary’s campaign. For an example, a donor gave 1.7 million dollars to the Nevada state Democrats but the party only reported receiving $146,000 which they immediately sent to the DNC and from there to Hillary. The nearly 1.6 million difference was also sent to the DNC earmarked for Hillary.

    From Fox News

In Idaho, Democrats allegedly contributed $1.6 million to the plan in a series of 13 transactions, the Idaho Statesman reported.

But local party officials might have been unaware of how the money was being handled, the paper reported.

It is “reasonably possible the Idaho State Democratic Party had no prior knowledge of, or control over, these transfers because they were handled entirely by HVF, the DNC, HFA, [Hillary Victory Fund, Democratic National Committee, Hillary for America] and/or their treasurers,” states the 101-page complaint that Backer’s group filed in December, the Statesman reported.

The Idaho Democratic Party did not respond to the newspaper’s request for a comment.

In Delaware, the state Democratic Party received $2.4 million from the Hillary Victory Fund over 11 transactions, then transferred roughly the same amount to the DNC, WXDE-FM radio reported.

But Jesse Chadderdon, executive director of the Delaware Democratic Party said:

“Let’s be clear, this is nothing more than a Beltway political stunt, led by the pro-Trump PAC ‘The Committee to Defend the President,’ one that’s simply designed to distract Delaware voters.”

Even when the Democrats are caught dead to rights they still refuse to admit guilt. There were a total of 40 states who funneled about $84 million to the Clinton campaign. Clinton spent 1.2 billion dollars and still lost to Trump who spent $600 million.
