Russian Oligarch Oleg Deripaska and Robert Mueller had a working relationship after the FBI approached Deripaska and asked him to use his own money to help release American prisoner Robert Levinson.
Deripaska did and spent an alleged 25 million in the venture. He actually made a deal that would have returned Levinson to the United States but was blocked by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. She probably refused after she found out she would not be getting any of the 25 million dollars.
Coincidentally, Deripaska was barred from entering the United States because of sanctions placed on him. He wanted that lifted. It didn’t happen, but he did manage to make nine trips despite the sanctions. Eight times on diplomatic visas although he had never been a diplomat. FBI personnel including Andy Mccabe is said to have met with Deripaska face to face.
We also know that Deripaska is rumored to have been a source of putting together the Hillary Dossier. A report will be issued on Tuesday detailing Deripaska’s relationship with the dossier.
Now, let me make you remember a few details and you can decide for yourself if you think there could be a connection here. Peter Strzok and Lisa Page exchanged texts about an “insurance policy” they discussed in Andy’s office. (Andy McCabe) Could the Hillary dossier be that insurance policy discussed in McCabe’s office? We know McCabe knew Deripaska. And so did Mueller.

In 2009, according to The Hill, when Mueller ran the FBI, the bureau asked Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska to spend millions of his own dollars funding an FBI-supervised operation to rescue a retired FBI agent, Robert Levinson, who is a captive of the Iranian regime for ten years now.
In 2017 Mueller tied the same Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska to Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort for previous work they did together.
Robert Mueller never mentioned in his Special Counsel findings that he had worked with Deripaska in the past.
Monday night on Hannity Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) reminded Sean that FBI Director Chris Wray would not tell Congress if Derispaska was involved with the Russian dossier.
