Recently, we learned that one of Hillary’s lawyers sought and gained a meeting with James Baker, then the lead attorney for the FBI. It was at this meeting that Hillary’s legal team presented the FBI with the dodgy dossier. Sen Ron Johnson of Wisconsin is now demanding that the FBI turn over the documents of that meeting.
But, don’t hold your breath. The FBI would have too hard a time explaining all of the redactions they would use to protect Hillary. After all, there would be no national security interests to protect. And Christopher Wray, the FBI director is a member in good standing of the Deep State.
The meeting was revealed during a congressional deposition that former FBI general counsel James Baker gave on Oct. 3. Baker told lawmakers that in September 2016 he met with Michael Sussmann, a partner at Perkins Coie.
As the lead law firm for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC, Perkins Coie hired opposition research firm Fusion GPS, which in turn hired Christopher Steele, the author of the infamous dossier alleging collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government.
Sources familiar with Baker’s testimony say he testified that Sussmann provided him with documents related to Russian hacking of Democrats. He also testified that the meeting was unusual.
After the elections when Trump fires Sessions, we should get a new AG who is not afraid of going after Democrats who have broken the law. That’s when the real fun will begin. And with the expected gains, the Republicans will seem in the Senate, one or two RINOs cannot stop the nomination process.
