Former NYC Mayor and current lawyer for Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani says that he predicts between 3 and 5 Spygate figures being indicted. I think that is way low.
I expect James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, Sally Yates, John Brennan, James Clapper and Peter Strzok at a bare minimum being indicted for serious crimes. I also wouldn’t be a bit surprised to see Christopher Steele being indicted, although it is questionable as to whether Britain would give him up, even though we have an extradition treaty with them.

Even if it isn’t treason it’s perjury, suborning perjury, submitting false documents to the FISA Court, colluding with Ukrainians to obtain dirty information on Trump and the Trump campaign. There are so many crimes. We don’t need treason. And, I don’ think they’re going to get away with it. I think three, or four, or five of them are going to get indicted.
There are so many people who committed fraud against the FISA court alone, you could see over 5 indictments. Then you have the illegal acts committed by possibly Bruce and Nellie Ohr, Bill Priestap, James Baker, Lisa Page and numerous members of the Obama administration and the number rises quickly.
