CNN’s resident buffoon, Jim Acosta actually asked President Trump if he was a white nationalist. That’s why he will never make it as a journalist. Fortunately for him, he works for CNN that gave up doing journalism years ago.
Both the president and Sarah Sanders should quit calling on him during press conferences. Not for their sake but for the real reporters who have real questions but miss out every time Acosta tries to make himself the story, which is every time. During the presser, President Trump told the press that he was a nationalist and not a globalist.
Acosta initially asked about Trump’s comments Monday night during a rally in Texas when he called himself a “nationalist.”
“If you could just settle some of the confusion over your comments about what you mean when you say you are a ‘nationalist’?” Acosta asked.
“I love our country,” Trump replied, “Our country has taken second fiddle. If you look at the trade deals, I am knocking out some of the worse deals I have ever seen. We give them our wealth and they don’t treat us properly. And we are taking care of their military for a fraction of the cost.”
Acosta was eventually able to ask his follow-up later in the press spray. It was about if the word “nationalist” meant “white nationalist.”
Trump shut down Acosta again, saying he has never heard of that.
Does anyone want to explain why this clown has press credentials for the White House? He is a self-promoting jerk, along with CNN contributor, April Ryan, and neither of them belongs at a serious White House briefing. In fact, CNN should be banned until they become a news organization again.
